About a group reception desk
In the Handcraft Workshop, I accept the group experience in each studio.
The studio experience that is ten people or more becomes the group, and advance reservations are necessary.
As contents are different from an elementary and junior high school in the general group, I have you confirm the following details, and, at first, the application over the telephone, please.

About a 2024 elementary and junior high school group reception desk
1 experience time
Part (from 9:00 to 12:00) of the weekdays morning One school
Part (from 13:00 to 16:00) of the afternoon One school
Part (from 9:00 to 12:00) of the Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays morning One school
No part of the afternoon
※When you come from the distant place, a delay may occur in traffic jams.
Please make a reservation having the room in time.
※I adjust it about the time.
※Time required for an experience is about one hour.
2 experience contents
○One tree bamboo work bunch "balance dragonfly" More than a third grader
○300 g of ceramic art studio "hand bineri" clay Elementary School upper grades or more (four years ...)
300 g of "making of board" clay Elementary School lower grades (1 through 3)
○Grasshopper studio "coaster" (the small) 12*10cm 125cm tall or more
○Dyeing studio "handkerchief" (cotton, the small) 35 X 35㎝
○Five pieces of papermaking studio "postcard" plain fabrics
※The contents may be changed.
3 experiences rate
・Each one studio 500 yen
・The rate is with payment (the experient number of people) of the lump, please before an experience.
・When there is a change of the number of people, it actually becomes the payment by the number of people that he/she experienced.
On the day, at a reception desk, please let so me know.
・In the case of delivery, the ceramic art work costs packing charges and the postage (cash on delivery) separately.

※One experience-based number of people 73 people in total
※The number of people becomes the basic number of people that I can accept at once.

I may not accept it to the number of the upper limits by the date and a day.
5 application methods
* Four a month moon - next year March when you wish to experience it
○Until one month before a day experience-based on the application start date from February 1 (as for the ceramic art until two months before an experience)
○Time in From 9:00 until 16:30 (from 12:00 except 13:00)
・It becomes the reservation over the telephone. An application is downloaded by the homepage if I get the confirmation of the reservation
You have you do it, and, at the time when you wish to experience it, please send the number of people in the studio to the Handcraft Workshop by FAX.
・Even if the application for reservation is slower on account of the adjustment and the preparations for leader than an experience-based day; one month ago (two months ago experience-based in the ceramic art studio)
Please let me know of this. As you may not accept it when it is past one month, please be careful.

①Experience in the ceramic art studio
・The work which I made in a ceramic art studio takes approximately 40 days until work completion.
As receiving of the work is taking care of or is delivered, I have you choose either.
・In the case of delivery, it takes packing charges (box charges) and postage (cash on delivery - group-like burden).
Packing charges are one 200 yen. Around 35 are used as an indication of the number of the works entering one box.
②About an apron
・In the clothes which may become dirty as I do not rent the apron to group in the ceramic art studio
You come, or please bring an apron.
・There is the rental of apron in the dyeing studio.
The apron is not necessary in other studios.
③The reservation of only at the time of rainy weather is not accepted. The receptionist of the experience assumes it only the group which I can visit.
④When you come by trailer buses, a parking lot reservation is necessary beforehand.

⑤The experience-based day is from Tuesday to Sunday.
In Golden Week, summer vacation, it is excluded on each studio event day. (the closure on Monday.)
